    iR 5065 feeder not functioning

    Hi guys,

    Need help anyone of you come across withe ir5065 feeder problem. The feeder not functioning at all when you put a paper in the tray. When you go into service mode level 1 normally will you see COPIER , FEEDER, SORTER, FAX & BOARD. But in my case the FEEDER is missing.

    Have change reader board, feeder board, main con & dc con still the same. Any idea guys that can share with me ?

      Did you try reload firmware? Sensors init?

          Did you mean copier firmware ? I can't do the sensor int as the FEEDER is missing now

          Any way I will try reload the machine firmware. Thank you
