E584 F1 Finisher
Hello, I have a two F1 finishers giving me E584's intermitently,the bins go down at power on and stay down, checked the sensors and switches, any ideas would be appreciated.

The shutter mechanism does not engage properly. The one-way bearing on the rear shutter drive can slip. Clean or replace the one-way bearing for the shutter drive (FB3-7298-030). The new style shutter cam is identified by an 'M'. See TP02 020.pdf.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
