disconnect iR2200 Fax if one is installed---then test

what happens if u print from a laptop connected ????

Connect the IR to a laptop and attempt to send print jobs to the IR.
This will help rule out a customer's network as the source of the problem.

    before a R_CON clear print out a P PRINT to re-input settings---------------------------------
If the issue still persists clear the R-CON in service mode; Copier>Function>Clear>R-CON. *REBOOT* the unit and then test to see if print functions return.

There is a setting in service mode found in COPIER>OPTION>BODY> SENS-CNF which needs to be set to1 for inch configuration. When performing an RCON clear, the setting changes to 0. This sets the machine back to AB-configuration which is a factory default setting. The steps to change this setting are located below.
    1. Enter service mode by pressing the additonal functions key, 2 and 8 simultaneously, and then additional funtions key again.
    2. Select Copier.
    3. Select Option.
    4.Select Body.
    5. Select SENS-CNF and set it to 1 for Inch-configuration.

    Clear the
    # Four Partition on the Hard drive in Service Mode (Copier>Function>System>CHK-TYPE>HD-CLEAR).
