[Misc] Problem during giving printouts

Whenever I give a printout command from my computer to Canon ir 3245 ,it goes to the machine but no print comes out. I can check the command in the machine logs with the status as `NG`. Can somebody help.

Do you have user ID's set up?

Are you printing from a Windows environment?

what driver are you using ? that model did not come stock with PS or PCL, believe they had ufrII out of the box.

No user ID setup. Giving from Windows XP 32 bit operating system.
I am using pcl drivers.
Some file types printout comes out but some does not.
I think issue with my file type. I was giving Photoshop.pdf file for printout.
