I have iradv c5051 machine at my workshop it was gave error 25-410 , i checked the hooper gears it was broken and also the bottle was stuck , so i replaced the gears also I replaced the black hooper the code is gone, and after i made some tests the machine requested blk toner, it was emtpy i refilled it but still the machine didnt recognize the toner but i heard the toner is rolling can i do anythin.
