    IRC 2030 Poor quality

    Good day all...

    I have Canon iR-ADV C2030i give bad image quality as printer and copier as shown in attached file.

    I changed all drums, all toner bottle, ITB, Second transfer roller and still no improve of the image

    any ideas

      Where the parts you changed all new & Genuine Canon?

      The laser units on this model always get dirty, you can clean it with the tool but the best way is to remove it from the machine & clean the 4x laser glasses.

          All parts are new & Genuine Canon and I already clean the laser unit.

                      have you cleaned thet polygon mirror inside the laser to ? There's some info about that on the forum, just cant find it right now
