Ir3245 strange problem

Customer has a double image issue intermittently. 3 or 4 times a day. Has noticed it on faxes and prints from pc. Attached example. It's not ghosting. Has two perfect images on the page. I can't duplicate the problem. Has not noticed on copies.

Running LTR-R direction from all trays. Ideas?

First thing I would do is flash the firmware, using "Overwrite All"....and see if that makes it go away.

Try cleaning the silver reg roller ground clip at the front of the roll. Put some black conductive grease on it. I have seen them cause electrical noise that makes the Dcon tell the laser to do weird things.
