Does anyone know where to get a hinge for a Canon Imageclass D860 series? I can't find one anywhere.

You're probably best just ordering the complete DF, all all plastic to pretty cheap to replace.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

Try a temporary fix with a rigid wire
heat it up and perforate the bad hinge see pictures below.
