    Canon IRA C2020 Light Streaks

    Hi guys ,
    I have a customer who has light streaks on copies and prints on black only it looks like...
    I have cleaned the laser init and even replace black drum and transfer roller and ITB...any suggestions?

      Over time dust/toner gets inside the laser unit.

      Remove the laser & clean both sides of the 4x slit glasses.

          I found with that series of machines its almost always laser with light copy issues. They tend to get dirty easily
