clc 1150

copier pops a e072-0002 code. i have replaced the
transfer drum cleaning motor, and the registration path pcb. Still have same error code. Any suggestions. Thanks

Title : Error code E072 / 0002 Error :
Machine displays E072 / 0002 intermittently.

Workaround :
If tech pubs #4, 14a, 15 and Technical FYI #14 have been performed and you still have a problem, try changing the Transfer Cleaning Assembly P/N FG6-0800-000. The housing could be warped or the bearings could be seizing which may cause the error.

yeah replacing cleaning unit will fix it for you

If the above does not resolve your problem, you may want to look at the connectors at the rear of the process draw and rear of machine, try cleaning/replacing them (behind the pre-feed unit). Also the switch at the bottom of the process draw handle can cause this + make sure you have the latest albeit old, filmware.

Rear drawer connector fixed the issue. thanks for all replys

There is known problems with the harness assembly...if comes back replace harness at transfer drum
