    canon ir1133A SERIAL NUMBER OR FIRMWARE

    Hello
    I have an IR 1133A that I want to upgrade the firmware when I go to the canon site she asks me for the serial number I have serial number but she tells me that is not a canon product can you Help me to have a valid number or the firmware of the canon ir 1133A
