Canon iR C3080i E067 - 0101 error

hi,

This error is haunting me ...
first time it happened I went on site with both Bk Drum and ITB. Replaced the Bk Drum but it did not fix it so I put the original drum back and replaced the ITB and the error went away....
Did grad adjustments, tested the machine with print and copy - everything worked great! After I left the customer called back for the same error.
Went back and replaced the Bk Drum and the error went away ... again, did grad adjustments, tested the machine with print and copy - everything worked great! After I left the customer called back for the same error.

Any ideas please besides replacing this copier?

Hi,

E067 - 0101 error, you can try as follow:


Check on the primary transfer roller spring, Clean the position where the primary transfer roller contacts,
Replace the primary transfer roller, Replace the drum unit Check a value of COPIER> DISPLAY> MISC> DRM-LIFE,
and replace the drum unit if the value is near 100 because the drum may have reached its life expectancy.

There was a system software fix for this issue, updating the DC-CON to version 66.02

#3 is correct.when you do lastest system firmware DC is updated to v65 what causes E067.you need to update dc only with V66
