Hello guys first the machine give me error code e20-491
I change the developing assembly for bk then after this give me e20-291 I change developing assembly for m
Then it give me e20-391 sure it's not about developing assembly it's another issue hope you can help me

Update firmware.

Did you perform Install>iniset?

I didn't update firmware

In my case , customer used after market toner .... when i replace with genuine toner , problem gone
