canon C5235i error E000808-000

hi guys can anyone who's clued on canons help me out, ive got an c5235i with a E000808-000 error ive checked my manuals and cant find this error, I thought it could an issue with the fuser so I taken it out and re seated it, and error cleared but has reappeared? any advice would be great full, thanks

Title: Error in Zero Cross
Description: Zero Cross failed to be detected for 50ms or more while the fixing relay was ON.
Remedy:
1. Replace the AC Driver (UN6).■
2. Check the cycle of the input voltage (failure in powerperipheral area of the customer. Ask the customer to perform the power supply work).

Door switch, connectors on ac drive PCB, or customers wall voltage.
