Canon NP 6260 Error 002

good day
i have an NP 6260 with E002
so far i have changed the ff parts but to no avail:
heater unit
power supply
dc controller
ssr
any body have any suggestions?

Hello,

I would also check to see if there is any sort of gap between the thermoswitch and the fuser roller as this will also cause the E002 code to remedy this it is a simple adjustment, also once you have changed the parts you still have to clear the error code in the service screen, as you have not said if you have done this or not I have included the procedure below.

error

i have changed the whole heating unit already
the error is intermittent.
the temp will go up from room temperature
it will go until 130+ then the error will come out.
once you reset the error code
you will be able to use the machine for awhile
until the error comes again.
