[Misc] Canon clc3200 red color is orange

Hello forum guru from Russia with love and hope!
After much suffering, I managed to run my Canon clc3200.
When printing, the red color turns orange.
But when you print a test page with a postscript, the red color is printed normally.
Tried to change profiles, settings, but nothing helps.
In which direction to move? What do you advise, great experts?

    With respect, Alexander.

      After replasement color turned red.
I have another problem:in menu "Adjustment/Cleaning" only one selection - cleaning of indoor unit.
      Sorry for my bad english.

Do you have a PRINTER Only Model (has no platen glass)

that would explain the missing selections that are used only when you have a full printer/copier ( as in auto gradation--zoom and other ).

If u do have copy glass---Other models or series may not have this adjustment settings.

CLC3200 is slightly different than iRC3200

Yes, this is printer only : о
Today I tried all day to adjust the color rendition, but not much happened.
Tomorrow I'll try to show all the tests from the printer (test 10, test 5) and show problem with color rendition.
I will say briefly - the print turns out to be too dark and inaccurate in terms of color rendering.
I have not service Canon in my sity, and i need help.
Dear teckat, thank you for your help! Bigest respect you!

                    Product : imageRUNNER C2620 / C3200 / C3220 / C4080 / C4080i / C4580 /
                    C4580i C5180 / C5180i / C5185 / C5185i
                    Title :
Blues are coming out Purple and Reds are coming out Orange

                    Problem :
Blues are coming out Purple and Reds are coming out Orange. Replacing the Drums,
doing Auto Gradation and Calibrations does not help.
                    Solution :
Replacing the machine's Hard Drive will correct this issue. Either install a new Hard
Drive, use a Hard Drive from another working machine or format and reload SSW on
                    the original Hard Drive.

(I don't have access to firmware)

SkyNet, thanks, but replacing the drum unit has solved this problem. Now I have a bad color transfer.
It is very difficult for me to write in English, so I will show scans of prints tomorrow.
Thank you for your patience and help!

                          * Note - On copiers that are printer-only models (no platen glass), the CC-100 utility will be needed to perform the auto gradation adjustment.

Canon CanoScan 3000F or 3200F scanner 9 or added
                          Canon CanoScan LiDE35 )
is required to use the CC-100 utility.

                          see link for CC-100 Utility

                          https://www.dropbox.com/s/53ub3gr4n8...v2.85.exe?dl=0

If you do not have the CanoScan 3000F ot 3200F ( very old scanner ) available, there is an alternate method that can be utilized.

This method will cause the copier to lose many of your settings (and stored jobs). You can do a HD Clear by following the steps below:

                          1. Go into Service Mode, by pressing Additional Function, 2 and 8 simultaneously, and then Additional Function again.
                          2. Select COPIER.
                          3. Select FUNCTION.
                          3. Select SYSTEM.
                          4. Select CHK-TYPE=[1].
                          5. Select HD-CLEAR.
The following information will return to factory defaults as a result:
                          • User mode settings
                          • Job log
                          • PDL fonts
                          • PDL form data
                          • ICC profile

                          • Is there an alternate calibration method (other than the CC-100 utility) for printer only units if you have an imagePass C1 attached?

                            Answer :
Yes, you can use VisualCal available in the imagePass C1's calibration utility menu.
                          • Follow the steps below to access and perform VisualCal:1. Access the Printer window in the copier display.
                            2. Select Functions in the imagePass C1 window.
                            3. Select the Calibration menu.
                            4. In the calibration menu select Set Up Calibration / Expert / VisualCal, then in the VisualCal set up select either Auto Select or Manual Feed as paper source.
Now you can begin the calibration process.
In the Printer / Functions screen select Calibration, then choose either Default, Custom A, or Custom B. Then in the Gradation Smoothing screen select Off, Fine, or Course. In the Print Limits Page screen select Yes.
The VisualCal limits page will print. Follow the steps on the Print Limits VisualCal page to perform and complete calibration.
