[CQ] Imagerunner 3300 drum unit part

Guys, I need the part that cleans the charge roller in the drum unit. I replaced the drum and blade 3 months ago but now the first copy of each run has a black band running front to rear on the leading edge. After the first copy, all others are clean until the customer makes a new set of copies.

Looked at the manual and I do not see that part listed. Probably just need to get a new drum cartridge assembly.

Thats tough, Ive vacuumef an cleaned the felt, as best as possible..otherwise I purchase a unit from Katun..

in my 20years doing this stuff. I have NEVER found katun products to be worth the time nor money. JS
