Canon ir C5030 Shading Black Text

Hello everybody,
I have been here for months, a problem with which I annoy myself. It is an IR C5030i which only appears in black text shadow behind the text. This problem now almost every day on. All other colors do not have this problem. I have already been replaced:

-ITB foil and cleaning blade
-black drum
-cleaned Laser Unit

Can these errors also come from old toner?

I would not like to replace the very expensive development unit.

Are you using Genuine Canon toner?

Yes I use Canon Genuine Toner. But I do not know how old the toner is.

Unusual to have "old" toner causing an issue, unless it has been stored above or below the recommended temperature conditions.

However looking at your sample I cant see any issues with the print quality!?

When you look at the blue Box in the Text: Bei Problemen mit organisatorischen Angelegenheiten... you will see strayed toner around the letters.

The error is particularly noticeable with the letter e

I have shown the error here again more clearly. It is as if dust were around the letters. I changed today the black toner against new. Also interesting is that the error no longer occurs on the whole page.

How many copies/prints on this machine?

Machine has 216000 printouts.
Is it possible to readjust the laser? I know this only at Konica, which goes there in the service menu. But how is this done with Canon?
I have ordered a new complete fixing unit. It's just funny that only black is smeared from the fuser.

Looks like a font issue.

Have you tried changing dpi ?

I changed the Fixing Unit with a new one. Now the error is gone away.

Hello everybody,
The error is back. So slow really annoying. Meanwhile I have changed:
-the black drum
-ITB
-Fixing Unit

The error is not now on the entire page, but now affects only single letters which are printed in black.

Does one have yet another idea what can cause the problem?

You have changed everything but the black dev unit!?
What is the life showing?

The Developer have 45 percent life.

It's smel's like not enough black developer powder in the unit.Check values or replace black developer.
