[Error Code] E025 0400 New iRADV55 series

Hi Has anyone else has problems with this. We've had 4 of these machines give the same error code intermittently. It's related to rotation error of the black toner bottle. The manual suggests ultimately swapping the toner hopper assembly.

what have you tried so far?

Replaced toner cart, turned the drive gears by hand, cleaned/reseated connectors and sensors. I've ordered a hopper unit for one of the machines and will see how that goes.

I know this is an old post but, did you ever get a solution to your problem? I have 4 machines out of 11 that have started doing this as of Friday. Thanks

My machine fixed this by replacing the toner hopper
