Canon ir 3245 fixing assembly screw pressure timing changed..

Unknowingly i hav adjusted the fixing assembly red marked screw .. i think the pressure timing is changed .. and it is full of jamming ..
for every 5th copy jamming occurs..
help me to solve ths issue..
what should i do now..?

Look in the service manual for "NIP" adjustment.
