Advance C5030 yellow and cyan streaks and background

Installed new oem color drums last week and the customer called saying yellow and blue streaks. I don't have a lot of color experience but haven't seen any poor copy problems yet that were not drum related. If the ITB was a problem what CQ problems would that show up?

Could be the transfer belt cleaning blade. Since it was two colors I would suspect that. I have seen a build up on magnet roller in developer cause streak. I would clean or replace transfer belt cleaning blade. If it is a yellowish color replace it.
