[CQ] Canon DR-7080C Issues

All,

I'm after some advice please.

I have a customer with 10 of these.

4 of them have started scanning very light every 2 to 3 pages.

I've checked all the settings with the QPtool, cleaned optics and reseated CCD cables.

Has anyone had this before?
