[Misc] IRAC2020 Skewy, Lewy & Dewy

Gentleman I have an ongoing issue with two IRAC 2020's
Skewing only when printing and only on 2nd and subsequent pages.
Tried several driver versions to no avail.
Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly.

No example but I can tell you PDF Docs are fine all other apps are crooked.

Are you sure it is only the PRINTS that are skewed & not the COPIES?

Does it only skew from one cassette or all? how about the bypass?

What SSW version is the machine on?

Give as much info as possible, help us to help you!

Makes no sense at all. Prints coming from other tray? How much skew? Is it intermittent? Upgrade firmware then go from there. Makes no sense whatsoever...PDF is ok? Run from all trays....Are they scanning stuff and then printing it? What are "other apps'? Need lots more info....

Ok got this issue narrowed down.
IT dept. has these 2020's defaulted to Duplexer.
Skewed prints/copies only when Duplexing.
Have Three of these boxes with same problem.
Must be a service bulletin on this issue?
Has any of you had or heard of this issue?

Now we are getting somewhere!

So basically your issue is the machine is skewing when double-side printing & copying.

As said above first update your SSW (Current version is 47.01 released this month.)

Also see attached bulletin.

Measure against skew of 2nd side of 2-sided page.pdf

As said above first update your SSW (Current version is 47.01 released this month.)

Had a suspicion there had to be a bulletin on this issue.
