IRC 2380 white copy

Hi,
Please I need help in IRC 2380, gives always white copy. but the image appears on the black drum surface.

Completely blank or light?
I guess the internal print is bad too.I suppose you have transfer problem.First inspect transfer unit correct position and check contacts.Check if the cover of the transfer is tightly closed.
Cheat the door and and check if you have between calibration any colours on itb.

Did you replace itb cleaner? New ones will stall the itb and prevent it from turning...giving blanks. I have also had issues with the contact on the right door for transfer. The latch hook for the itb is known to break also but this gives light images, not blank

I agree, remove the ITB 8 take off the cleaning unit, put the ITB back in & do a test copy/print.

I got this last month on an IRC3580Ne. It was the old ITBCleaner Unit. the "rubberlip" from the cleaner was stuck against the ITB and blocked the movment.

My customer didnt notice it and print over 500 pages,the drums (3month old) are completly worn.

Agree on the ITB cleaning blade flip! You will soon know when you check it, the belt will be covered in toner usually bands of colour.

Sounds like ITB cleaner, had ITB cleaner blade flip often, in most cases had to replace both ITB and cleaner assy
