[Misc] Canon iR3245 - Printing problem

    Hello my friends.

Have you ever has this problem(attached example)?20170826180914.pdf

It happens when the customer sends to print. Looks lika a laser problem. I had change the laser unit, clean registration roller and clean all PCB.

Do you have idea about this?. Thanks.

not sure what you mean by " clean all PCB. "

it looks like something could be blocking the image going to the drum.. or improper drum rotation..

not a registration roller issue... was there a double paper feed situation?

The PCB were dusty and no double paper feed. Any ideas?

This is not driver issue. Inspect laser shutter and parts around.(cable,spring...)

the problem may be in the paper size sensor, or in the paper size setting in the paper tray, try changing the tray to another, or replace the printouts with tray 2 and check that the problem persists

                        congrats---

I always double check all connections on pcb's before replacing (remove and re_seat at least twice ) some are a pain in the butt (amount), sometimes u get lucky and save a few bucks.
