We have an Adv C2030 in the field that can Scan to a folder on the desktop but can't scan to email. When you press SCAN/SEND, then press NEW DESTINATION it gives a drop down menu with Email, Folder, I-fax etc. Email is grayed out. I am guessing this is turned off somewhere in the Service Mode but not sure where.....can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure, they just bought this copier used from someone. Scan to email is standard option with SEND, correct? I have other units (same model) and the customer doesn't use Scan to Email so its not setup but the option isn't grayed out. I feel like something is turned off somewhere. There is something in Service Mode Copier>Option>User>Mail Of, but when you turn that Off, the option disappears all together, doesn't gray it out.Comment

Found it! Under Settings/Registration>Functions>Send>Common Settings> go to pg 4...Limit New Destination, for some reason someone turned On Limit Email destinations so it was grayed out.
