C5305 ImageRunner Advanced Scanner/Copier Feeder

Hi All,

Is the feeder for the scanner/copier autofeeder adjustable? If so, can you point me in the direction of instructions or a how-to? I haven't been able to find anything in the manuals.

I have a lot of jams/misfeeds (where multiple sheets go through at a time) to the point that it's almost unsuable. I I also have a Konica Minolta I have in the office, and these issues are rare with it.

Try cleaning the rollers and separationpad, if that fails replace them.

hi..if multiple pages are picked up then its the separation pad.replace and check the feed roller and pick up
