Have you interchanged/swapped laser scanner assemblies between black andcyan for testing ?????

    FM4-8354-010 DEVELOPING ASSEMBLY, BLACK

    See if the
    developer
bias tab for black is pushed in and stuck in the housing > not allowing it to make proper contact.

            I tested the following Units:
-Black Drum (with a used one from another machine)
            -secondary Transfer Roller
            -BIAS contacts
            -Laser Unit

I basically advise my customers honestly do not sell them anything they need.
