hi dear i perches used irc5045i copier machine when i make copy machine display massage remove paper from output try my machine is no finisher installed without finisher basic copier
how can i solved this problem.
any one help me.

Did this machine came with external fiinishing unit?

A sensor arm has been removed, likely this had a finisher at one point. You need to take a flashlight and look at the back of the paper delivery area, you will see a small area to your right that likely has a small cover removed and you will likely see a sensor there. You may simply block it, should feed paper then.

Roho is on the money, block that sensor and it should be fine.

If you have Buffer Pass Unit-G1 installed but no finisher.

1. COPIER > OPTION > ACC
2. IN-TRAY to "1"
3. Paper output settings
