Looks like cyan and yellow drums are both worn out. Swap the cyan with the magenta drum and see if symptoms change. Also, clean the laser lenses just to rule that out (you've probably already done that).

Ok, I swapped the cyan and magenta drums and it looks like I'm getting some cyan now, but it fades toward the top of the page. Oddly enough though, the magenta coverage seems fine... I've added a copy of a mostly blue mouse pad (grabbed what was handy) so we are making some progress here.

Interesting. Looks like cyan drum was okay. I suspect a buildup of something on the cyan laser lense. Something the cleaning wand can't get off. Shine a flashlight on the cyan lense at various angles to see if there is something on the glass.

Just for kicks (and since everyone's still in the office and I can't tear into the copier just now) I ran a PG4 for cyan only and got the attached result with the fading at the top of the page. Out of curiosity, do the test prints get any input from the lenses or do they just come straight from the PCB?
