      jam code

The Jam Log is included in the Error Log.
To print out a JAM/ERR Log, perform the following steps:

Access Service mode> ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>2>8>ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Scroll until you see "# REPORT" press OK
Scroll until you see "REPORT OUTPUT" press OK
Scroll until you see "ERROR LOG LIST" press OK

I have had it where the machine jams every sheet from every source and not able to print the error codes. Is there anyway to see them in service mode without printing?
