Canon IR C1030i in the field that is slow to copy or print, intermittently when I am there
. I am told when Copy or Print job is sent then the machine starts a cycle of clunks like toner cartridges are engaging and reengaging which will go on for minutes. No messages are displayed when it goes into the clunk cycle that I know of. It most likely says "waiting".
Yesterday I walked in 5 minutes after it happened to the customer and could not get it to react the same way again. This started a week after the Black toner was changed.
Any thoughts on this would be very helpful. Thx
