Adv 4045 jams

Customers Adv4045 is jamming every copy, single sided is jam code 0109, 2-sided is jam code 010D. I don't see anything out of place, any ideas?

Problem solved, there was paper jammed inside finisher that couldn't be seen until we pulled the finisher out.
