[Dead] irac c5235 power outage during initializing

we were initializing a c5235 and the power went out during this process, now the copier is stuck on the main screen says canon imagerunner and never changes its been a least 3 hours. Tried to power cycle didnt help, waiting on system software. Is there any other way to get it up and running

try 24 power on then after result ok reboot

I tried this and it checked Ram and boards but I got the same result

Probably have to reload the system software.

Load firmware on usb stick--attach to printer--turn on while going into download mode--then
Select to overwrite version on screen menu

If its getting to display Canon Imagerunner it has got thru Main 1 and is not initializing Main 2 possibly. Ram might need clearing

Im getting a E731 code and it wont boot past canon logo

Im not familiar with ram clear other than pulling them off the board

E731 is a Main con 2 error. Reseat it....
