i have this code E25-410 in c700 image press in black toner
could any one help me.

The Toner Container Reciprocation HP Sensor (Bk) in the Hopper Unit (Bk) did not detect home
position within the specified period of time.

1. Disconnect and then connect the connector to check that there is no bent pin and cable
disconnection.
2. Visually check that the harness is not caught or open circuit.
3. If there is any error, replace the corresponding harness/cable.
- If the Toner Container Reciprocation HP Sensor (Bk) is soiled, clean it with a blower.
- After performing the remedy work, go through the following to clear the error: COPIER>
FUNCTION> CLEAR> ERR.
