Canon IR C3580 Color mismatch

I have a problem with an IR C3580. The machine have a color mismatch, looks alike an old 3D effect.
I change the ITB + ITB Cleaner with a new one. And I clean the ITB sensors and the reg.sensor.
The automatice color mismatch function doesnt work.
After I clean the sensor it works for 2 copys/prints and than it gets worse.

Any idea.

I will try it tomorrow when I drive to the customer.

What direction is color registration offset ??
Main Scan (Operator to non Operator side) or Sub Scan (Paper Feed)\ or both directions ?

If he color registration is off in the sub scan direction.
Perform a LEVEL 2> COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> REG, an. do an adjust the quick and full auto gradation procedures.

Perform in Service Mode_ underLEVEL 2> COPIER> FUNCTION> CLEAR> REG

then do a quick adjust and then a full auto gradation procedures.


REG-CLR Color displacement adjustment value clear
In the case that the value adjusted by color displacement control is abnormal due to some causes, clear the adjustment
value and return it to the initial state.

In the case that color displacement of YMCK occurs and it cannot be corrected, clear the adjustment value in this mode.
How to Use
1) Clear the auto registration adjustment value using this service mode.
2) Turn off/ on, or execute the following item; Auto gradation adjustment > Quick adjust > & a Full Adjust

Yesterday I was by the customer. It did not work.
I decided to replace the machine with an another one. But I must repair the old one.
