Customer managed to get a toner stuck in the process unit. It nearly or unlocks all the way. Anyone dealt with a toner like this? Not sure yet how to break it out of there. It is a Color toner.

I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted. -

Use a Flathead screwdriver and force the gear to unlock it. Just look at the other one and you will see how the gears operate when turning the lock/unlock lever. Seems they forced it, jumped a couple of teeth, that happens when there is a lot of toner in the cartridge housing, and after you get it out, you will need to clean that area out, otherwise it will happen again. -
