Hello, I need help. When I print using duplex on ir2870 there is quality problem. Please see atachment pic. I marked my problem with pencil. If someone know how to get it right please help.

That type or blurr on the prints is usually causes by the fuser. Try replacing the fuser sleeve.Let us eat, drink, and be merry, because tomorrow we may die!

I replace fuser sleeve few days ago. Its only hapening when use duplex. One side copy/print is fine. When use a4r paper position there is no problem even with duplex.Comment

Turn your paper to LT-R format and see if the problem goes away. If it does, it could be related to the Right Door assembly, the mylars by the registration rollers or the static charge eliminator.Comment
