Help solid line on paper on are iR-ADV 8205

Hi are iR-ADV 8205 just started to have solid black line in the same area of the paper we have here is photo the line is near the top of the paper any help would be appreciated

Is the line when making copies thru the document feeder or the from the glass or printing from a computer?

Could be
Primary charging assembly
Clean the primary charging assembly. May be need a new corona.
Photosensitive drum cleaner unit
Check to make sure that there is no paper or foreign matter trapped in the cleaning blade assembly?
Remove the foreign matter, and clean the cleaning blade and the casing of the cleaner unit.
Also check the cleaning blade for scratches on the edge of the cleaning blade?

Hi, we checked the Primary charging assembly it's clean have to look at the drum cleaner unit

Hi, Thanks for all the help, we fixed it tons of toner stuck in the drum cleaning blade, and cleaning unit we also reversed the blade
