canon ir-3530 error e0100-0001

I have a machine that gets an e0100-0001 error and e0110-0002 error intermittant. I replaced the laser unit and still have problem. I heard of the laser shutter getting stuck. Does anyone have the diagram to show the parts that are causing this, or the fix for it.

i had a 4570 that was doing this very often and i took out the laser shutter and i have left it like this and no problem since. If a client bangs shut the right hand door it can dislodge the mechanism so try educate your client about this. I know my solution is not reccomended but least its a long term cure and has caused me no problems since.
