Where I could try switching these options ON and OFF? Is it on driver or on printer?
can you set it to " USE PRINTER SETTINGS " ?

I have found throught windows settings>printers and scanners>then from printer list choose UFR driver>printer preferences and the you need to choose custom size and register your custom size.

Then when you print something you will have an option of custom paper size.

What a strange way to choose....

            hi

this might be a stuiped question.
have you changed the plain paper type to plain 2?

check in the printer settings and see if the printer plain setting is set to what the paper tray is set to.
maybe tray is set to plain 1 and printer setting is set to plain 2.
