Facing a quality issue melting kind of impression in all the medias upto 250 gsm including plain papers also ,in all colours
action taken : by p-stop checked the quality of the image before pre fixing location,on the ITB and Secondary transfer section which seems quality is fine.duplicate a plain paper media and adjusted the gloss and fine black sttings to -3 ,then it reduced little bit from its original for plain paper but the same is not working out
for other medias, so suspected the primary fixing pressure belt or external fixing belt .
parts replaced
rimary pressure belt ,primary external fixing belt replaced but still issue is there ,pressure pad was replaced recently.
kindly have a look on the attached picture and post your comments to solve this issue .
