IR 1730 adf issue

Looking to see if someone knows of which clutch/motor is responsible for lifting the pickup roller back into home position. The roller stays down and doesn't try to lift back, but you can slide the originals underneath the roller and the ADF will still feed fine.

Thankyou. Going by that, I'm saying the solenoid is sticking/not working properly
