    What were the issues?
Remember that some of these machines were marketed incorrectly when they were first released.
They were incorrectly marketed as a production machine and were sold to high volume customers and as a result there are many IpC1's out in the field that have been ruined and are going to take a lot of man hours and dollars to put right.
The main Mac issue that I've dealt with is inconsistant colour reproduction...and occasionally dropping off the network(Canon boards only).
I have one Print/Copy shop that has 2 C1's...one with a reader and the other as a printer unit...in 12 months both have had the drums replaced once....the reader unit fuser has been replaced and that Mac colour issue took up A LOT of time and money to reslove...but it WAS resolved.
