Re: IR2800 finisher J1 and Lifter problem
Those are 2 separate devices so it won't be a single motor. Sounds power or controller related to me. Is there any messages on the screen, load paper or otherwise? Is there any errors or alarms in service mode history? Does the machine do it's initial rotation? -

Does printer see Finisher on control panel ?
Did u check the Interface Plug from Finisher to Printer Base ?
See manual

OK , sorry about that
Does printer see connected Finisher on control panel ?
Check and verify that the finisher is supplied with the correct voltages.
The host machine sends two 24VDC to the Finisher Controller PCB, one of them is used to drive motors while the other is used to generate 5VDC for sensors.
Check the voltages at connector J1 pin 6 and connector J2 pin 2 for the 24 volts supply to the Finisher Controller.**Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**Comment

Re: IR2800 finisher J1 and Lifter problem
u mean the Cassette Feeding Unit-W1 is Not Recognized by the Copier
or
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Paper Cassettes Are Not Lifting
The paper Cassettes are not lifting. Both tray 1 and 2 have the same problem.
It is also noticed that the Main Motor M1 is not turning.
M1 drives the Cassette lifter up. There may also be an error code of E020.
Check the on signal for the Main Motor from the DC controller @ J308, Pin 9. If the signal is present, try to turn the motor on in Part Check.
COPIER>FUNCTION>PART-CHK>MTR-ON code 1 for M1. If the Main Motor does not turn on replace M1.
The part number for M1 is FH6-1846-000.
Preventing upper lifter ratchet gear failure and faults in the paper pick-up mount assembly.
If the paper cassettes are loaded with paper, the lifter plate ( #2) may push down and snap a tooth off of the Ratchet gear (#3).
When you move the machine be sure to empty the paper from the cassettes.

Re: IR2800 finisher J1 and Lifter problem
What did u take apart ?
Moving Up the Lifter
When the main power is turned on with the cassette set in the machine or the cassette is slid in while the machine is in standby state, the pickup roller shaft moves down to push
down the lifter trigger lever.
The cam is released when the pickup roller shaft pushes one side of the lifter trigger lever, and the drive from the main motor (M1) move sup the lifter.
When the pickup roller remaining in contact with the paper surface moves up to a specific height, the movement of the levers cause the pickup roller shaft to return to the uppermost
position to end the upward movement of the lifter.

Detecting the Level of Paper
The level of paper inside the cassette is detected by the light-blocking plate of the lifter gear and a sensor in relation to the distance over which the lifter moves up.
When paper starts to run out, the lifter gradually moves up; when paper fully runs out, the cassette paper sensor (Q1604 for cassette 1) identifies the condition as indicating the absence of paper.

The parts that i removed where those in green. The spring that snapped was the one that hold the white piece and i put a new one.
Now the red part it seems to be out of place. I think it should do some function for operating the lifter has it should connect to the white big rotating gear.
