Could be a grounding issue 😱

      hi teckat,

next time what will i do is,

totally empty all toners and put new developing unit but i will still use the newly build drums, and lets see if it will still happen.

Try booting up into diagnostic mode, (holding down buttons 2 and 4 for approximately 20 seconds while turning on machine)
        see what comes up ?

is issue on glass scanning / or prints / or both

          hi teckat,

          i will try that.

          both teckat

usually, it happens every morning, then once the machine printed around 100-200 copies, all prints will be okay.

Is the machine in a cold environment overnight?

              hi zoraldino,

i also thought about that, but the environment is ok because this problem already occurs in many 5045 that we are handling.

we just change drum assemblies to temporarily correct this problem.

Are you using compatible toner and/or drums?

OEM ---------note: many of these Canon OEM products fool Canon--market is flooded with them-easy to print fake labels.

I would sugest your issue is due to compatible toner & drums using these cheap substitues often cause issues.
