Try a blank password. Does that come up after clicking utility?

Hi, yes it comes up after the utility and I tried blank but still can't log in is there a way to do rest on the imagepass a2?

You would need the software disks that came with the fiery. You can change the password so someone may have at some point. The factory default would have been administrator Fiery.1

Hi I tried all software and I still cannot get access to the image pass is there a way to do a hardware reset? I see 2 dip switches by the diagnostic LED

unfortunately that is not it. hopefully someone on here will have the correct images for you.

If Fiery.1 doesn't work, leave the password field blank, try that, failing that its been changed by some knucklehead and you will need system disk to reinstall system software on the rip. Double check crossover cable from rip to copier.

Hi thank you for the help do have have a part number for the software for the rip? reinstall system software I tested the crossover cable on my fluke cable analyzer and it comes back good
