Scan Problem IRA 6065

the machine have a problem when start scanning process above 5 sheet,

if want to scan 50 sheet, the file never send to computer, i have try using USB too, same problem.

but if i scan 3 sheet or 5 sheet the scanning prosess perfectly work.


any idea what this problem?

If i remember you probably need to increase MB in the user's settings.What kind of scan? SMB,FTP or Mail.

i use SMB, whete the setting ?
i dont understand what is MB do you mean.

Some customer locations may have certain file format or file size restriction on their SMB server which can prevent a user from Sending multiple pages to a network share.

Workaround :
Press Scan and Send button then change> Auto Color/Gray to Auto Color/Black.

Note: When the mode is set Auto Color/Gray the file size is larger than that of the Auto Color/Black mode.




To increase the file size, perform the following. Settings / Registration > Function Settings > Send > E-Mai l/ Fax settings > Max Data Size.

Change Network Settings in Settings and Registration from Auto Detect and set Network Speed to 100 base T and Full Duplex to resolve transmitting of originals.

When scanning to an SMB destination, the imageRUNNER ADVANCE device would access the target destination folder on TCP port 445.
This is different from the previous model of imageRUNNER devices that use TCP ports 137, 138, and 139 for its SMB scanning functions.

Please note that the destination port used for SMB scanning cannot be configured on the copier.

i dont understand what is MB do you mean.

MB= megabytes.... computer term used for amount of memory storage
