    canon ir 400 copy quality problem

    in 0ne ir 400 copies are comming with spreding that means in service mode test page 1 t0 8 we can feel lines are not sharp . i cross checked lasergun unit/drum unit/cd unit/transfer assebly.anybody can please sujest any sollution

    I'd like to help, but I just don't know what you mean by "spreding".

    Can you attach a scan of the quality problem?
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      i think its on image processing board.have you already replace the drum?

          not enough info. how is the fixing assy? did you stop the paper before fix assy to see if the problem is still there.
