    Jam 011A in POD Deck Lite C1 ( iPC 650 )

    Good evening everyone !
I have several POD Deck Lite C1 jammings with J011A code with the most varied types of media (plain, coated, heavy, etc ).
Despite POD regulations, customization of media supports, the problem remains....

    Suggestions ?

Hey - I've got one of these in my area.

When I installed POD there is a kit to change some of the brackets that sensors sit on. I think either Canon forgot to put it in the box, or I accidentally threw it away (most likely) as it was probably attached to some of the packing material.

I had a hell of a time feeding any thicker media through the pod. Plain papers worked okay, but anything over 220 GSM forget it. Thin coated would sometimes work.

It is just one or two metal brackets that change the angle of the deck sensors to allow for thicker media.

Most people in my area with these machines have decided to buy the multi-drawer paper deck instead.

I can't seem to find the tech pub at the moment, but I am willing to bet it is under the installation section in the service manual for the POD by now.

      Good luck

          Thanks for your help...
Thanks Teckat for the manual that I have anyway....
The POD is installed correctly and well aligned with the machine.
Despite the various Canon Service Bullettins with setup and various precautions these fastidiode jams persist.
I ask: are the rollers the cause of everything?
Would you like to solve by installing different types?

          Has anyone solved differently?

Sometimes the head of the sheet does not even reach the pair of rollers that help the paper to exit the POD to enter the machine .....

Paper height is then the issue, sensor thinks paper is at position for pickup.
That is the delay jam u have.
